Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and is based on the weight, size, and distance. Items are carefully packaged using recycled materials. Orders are processed within 3 business days. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. 

Once your package is marked "delivered", we can not refund or replace the order. Please be aware of the tracking email you will receive and be mindful of when the carrier arrives. You will be responsible for stolen packages and will need to contact the carrier on your own after delivery.

You will be responsible to ensure that all shipping information is correct. Addresses can not be amended once the order has shipped.

Shipping is free in Canada and USA for all purchases of $200 CAD or more before taxes. This excludes oversized items such as some art and larger furniture, which require a shipping quote.

 

Pick up

Free downtown Toronto pickup is available. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup. Items sold must be picked up within 14 days. All orders not collected after this period are considered abandoned, and will be re-listed or donated without refund. If you need more time or to have your order shipped instead, DM us on @shopecruvintage or email us at info@ecruvintage.com to coordinate. 

 

Returns

All sales are final.

Keep in mind that most pieces are vintage, so may have signs of wear. We do our best to highlight any noticeable flaws in photos and descriptions. If you have questions about any items, feel free to contact us and ask. We are happy to send additional photos or videos of the pieces on request.
