Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. All items are carefully packaged using recycled materials whenever possible. Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. Please monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. In the event of theft after delivery, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Addresses cannot be amended once an order has shipped.
Shipping is free within Canada and the USA on orders over $200 CAD (before tax). This offer excludes oversized or heavy items, including select artwork and furniture, which require a custom shipping quote.
Free downtown Toronto pickup is available. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.
Items must be picked up within 14 days of notification unless otherwise arranged in writing. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and may be re-listed or donated without refund.

Purchases cannot be returned due to minor imperfections, wear, or variations inherent to vintage items.
